About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Project Lead to help strengthen how Carers Assessments are understood and delivered across Bexley.  You’ll design and deliver a new training and awareness programme, working alongside unpaid adult carers to ensure their voices and experiences shape practice across the local adult social care workforce.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in training, facilitation or workforce development
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Great organisational skills and confidence in planning ahead
  • A commitment to improving support for unpaid adult carers
