A full calendar of our regular groups can be found towards the bottom of this page.  Please call Jo Flitton on 0208 302 8011 or email: info@carerssupport.org to book your place for any of our regular groups.  OUR REGULAR GROUPS DO NOT RUN ON BANK HOLIDAYS OR BETWEEN THE XMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD WHEN OUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED
